Grading FAQs

What are Gradings?

Gradings are an important part of every young karateka’s journey. Students perform the techniques they have been learning in class to attempt to achieve their next grade.

What happens at a grading?

Students will train for one hour alongside members from our other venues and learn from different instructors and Senseis.

They will then perform their grading syllabus, receive feedback on their performance, and be presented with their achieved grade.

Can family members watch?

Absolutely. We encourage family members to attend and see what students have been learning in class.
